Based on Article 14 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.” But Trump recently just pass an Executive Order violates the article that makes people crisis. Executive Order 13769 name "Protect the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry" been passed on 1 February 2017 also know as the Trump Travel ban, which created an initial ban for 120 days and reinstated temporary travel restrictions on six of the original seven prohibited countries including Syria, according to the Wikipedia. The executive order has been effected on January 27, 2017, even though the Syria Civil War, The war has killed more than 500,000 Syrian’s still ongoing, and a lot of refugees need help. While in the United States Trump Travel Ban passed, other countries still try their best to solve the Refugee Crisis by accepting more refugees. Trump reason for the fact why he passes this policy also can not accept, he says that "Protect American people from terrorist attacks by foreign nationals" and give example is the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, that murdered 3,000 American people and was caused by foreigners and refugees, including Muslim people. Is it reason was good enough for the United States to have the right to stop "people to seek and enjoy other countries asylum from persecution." Is it fair for the Syrian refugees and other countries? Is it the best thing to do is to avoid the problem rather than solve it?

Blog Stage Six: Comment on a Colleague's work
I really enjoy reading "The Dreamers" Blog by Victor Venegas, because the blog provides many pieces of information that I don't know. I always think the Trump campaign has many bad ones but I never know about he wants to end DATA. I love it when the blogger starts with the trump popular campaign promises, the wall, that bring a lot of crisis, she also mentions that some people support it. It stables her blog and helps the blog go smoothly into Venegas's main point. I also think Venenga's very detail when she explains what is DATA that help any reader, especially me, who doesn't know about the program understand more why she makes it argue for. I agree with her argument about why we should not end DATA because it not only effects the DACA recipients but also the new DACA recipients that need the program the most, she also uses her personal story and experience as a DACA recipient make the argument even stronger. Venegas Blog is very well writing, and I think that it will make any person, who reads the blog, doesn't understand much about the topic agree with her statement.

We all know that the next U.S presidential election is coming up soon on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Trump will once again be running for president, he starts the campaign early than other incumbent presidents, but Trump administration has done nothing or mentions anything about one of the big issues that we have right now is Climate change.
The economy, immigration, taxes, health care, gun violence, foreign policy, abortion, and climate change are the most important issue in the United States but climate change is an issue that everyone disagrees the most, sixty-two percent of Americans disagreed based on the wedsite Yale Climate Connection, with how Trump administration actions to deal with the issue. The Trump administration has started the campaign in 2016 rollback on Obama-era Climate Rule EPA into the clear power plan, but the plan easing restrictions on coal-burning power plants and ever increase in pollution instead of curbing it. that make 29 states sued to block the EPA. On June 1, 2017. Trump announced that he withdraws from the Paris Climate Agreement, "Instead of projecting strength, this action weakens America on the world stage and cedes leadership on climate change and other challenges of our time to countries like Russia and China," based on Neera Tanden, president and chief executive of the Center for American Progress, Trump actions not only affect the climate but also weakens America on the world stage.
After the news about the wildfires in Califonia had burned more than 1,000,000 acres and still expanding. We need to notice how big is the climate change problem right now, people need to have actions and do something right now. If Trump still not address these issues then we have to step in to find someone, who willing to do it, but based on all the news I have read, a high percent that Trump maybe win the 2020 election, and is that what we want?
